I have been shooting photography on the Outer Banks since moving to this area in 1979 chasing after some of the best surf the east coast had to offer. It was real easy for me adjusting to this coastal area allowing me to pursue my passion of photography, with its gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, miles of open beaches, wild horses, and historical landmarks. Since then I've been fortunate to have many photos published as well as a few awards along the way, including a couple of images displayed in the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences.
Of course every spring through fall I'm engaged in shooting weddings from the Northern Beaches to Cape Hatteras as hundreds of brides and their wedding parties seek after the same beauty that has brought and kept me here through out the years.
